Position Info:

·         Wage: $26.00~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

Ÿ   Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including full-course dishes and individual menu items.

Ÿ   Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment, tracking stock levels, and maintaining accurate records.

Ÿ   Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Ÿ   Provide training to staff on food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and proper food handling procedures.

Ÿ   Participate in hiring processes and oversee the performance of kitchen staff and support personnel.

Ÿ   Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring an organized and sanitary work environment at all times.

Ÿ   Monitor portion sizes and food costs, and handle the requisition of ingredients and supplies as needed.

Ÿ   Develop menus and accurately forecast the quantity of food required for service.

Ÿ   Prepare specialized dishes for customers with dietary restrictions or food allergies.

Ÿ   Coordinate food preparation and kitchen activities for special bookings and events.

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
