Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $18.00~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 114 1 Avenue North, Trochu, AB T0M 2C0

Job Duties:

·         Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff regarding food preparation and serving

·         Monitor the inventory and estimate and order supplies

·         Ensure the quality of overall service and food meet quality control standards

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

·         Establish work schedules and procedures

·         Address customer complaints or concerns

·         Hire and train food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
