Position Info:

·         Position: Hair Stylist

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.62~$36.50/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 818 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 2W5

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Cut, trim, curl, wave, perm and style hair

·         Apply bleach, dyes and rinses to colour hair

·         Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide treatment

·         Provide training and supervise hairstylist apprentices and helpers if needed

·         Suggest and determine hairstyle considering client’s preferences

·         Shampoo and rinse hair

·         Apply hair extensions

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience as a hairstylist is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
