Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Front Desk Clerk

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $21.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 1999 Country Club Way, Victoria, BC V9B 6R3

Job Duties:

·         Maintain records of room availability, reservations, and assignments.

·         Register arriving guests and assign rooms.

·         Answer guest inquiries by phone, email, or in person.

·         Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.

·         Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.

·         Check and compile daily records, receipts, and guest accounts.

·         Present bills to departing guests and process payments.

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: No experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is requied

·         Language: English
