Job description:

·         Greet clients upon arrival with a friendly attitude. Offer assistance and ensure a positive customer experience from the moment they enter the gas bar.

·         Offer detailed information about products, services, and directions. Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

·         Utilize the POS system to accurately determine and display the cost of products and services. Ensure that all transactions are processed efficiently and correctly.

·         Handle various payment methods, including cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards. Ensure accurate processing of each payment and provide receipts as required.

·         Pack and bag items purchased by customers, ensuring that fragile items are properly protected. Maintain an organized area for merchandise and assist with the arrangement of products for easy access.

·         Order inventory, perform stock counts, and replenish shelves.

·         Verify customer identification for the sale of age-restricted items, such as alcohol, tobacco, or lottery tickets, in accordance with legal regulations.

·         Regularly clean and organize the checkout counter and surrounding areas.

Requirement:

·   High school diploma.

·   Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel.

·   Experience with Bulloch software.

·   Strong customer service skills.

·   Ability to perform physical tasks and work well in a team.

·   Availability for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
