Position Info:

·         Position: Cleaning Service Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $32.00~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: Unit 225, 3625 Sawmill Crescent, Vancouver, BC V5S 0J6

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Develop and coordinate the scheduling and workflow of daily cleaning activities.

·         Oversee and manage the overall operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

·         Monitor and assess the quality and effectiveness of daily cleaning operations.

·         Responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff as needed.

·         Handle service contracts and implement advertising or promotional strategies to attract clients.

·         Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns.

·         Create and enforce operational policies and procedures to guide staff performance and maintain service standards.

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of relevant experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
