Juillet Beauty Centre is looking for a F/T Spa Manager

 

Position: Spa Manager (Full-time/Permanent position)

 

Work Location: 4341 North Road, Burnaby, BC V3N 4N3

 

Work hours per week: 30 hrs/week

 

Salary and benefit: $30~35/hr depends on skills and experience, 4% of vacation fee or 10 days paid vacation

 

Job Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school is required.

– Completion of college diploma/vocational certificate program in Esthetics or Registered Massage Therapy is preferred.
– One to three years of experience in Esthetics or Massage Therapy is required, and managerial experience in personal care services is preferred.

 

Main Duties:
– Plan, organize and direct the full-cycle of the spa’s daily business operation
– Evaluate and conduct performance appraisals periodically for estheticians/therapists.
– Establish and implement ship policies and practice procedures for estheticians/therapists.
– Take up the responsibilities of recruiting new staffs and conduct staff trainings for new hires.
– Plan and control spa’s financial budgets.
– Resolve conflicts occurred between staffs, and between staffs and customers.
– Respond to complaints ad inquires customers.
– Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the spa facilities.
– Attend to client scheduling, dealing with walk-in clients as well as organizing service for large groups.
