Duties and Tasks: Supervise retail staff and oversee the store operation; Schedule and train sales staff in the store; Serve customers in the store and recommend products; Solve any complaints and override any refund, exchange or cancellation of purchases; Manage and monitor inventory in the store; Record daily sales of the store; Evaluate and discipline sales staff
Qualification Requirements: College diploma or higher education with Minimum 6 months retail experience is required (Note. Secondary school graduate must prove minimum of 2 years of retail experience)
Working hours: 30-40hours/week
