We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our office by providing administrative and clerical assistance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
• Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
• Accurately enter and update information into databases and spreadsheets
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
• Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Manage office supplies, order new stock, and ensure adequate inventory levels
• Contact clients and suppliers to schedule appointments or resolve problems
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Employment Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• Completion of a one- or two- year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or a combination of study and clerical experience
