Wage: $33.00/hour
Hours: 30 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time | 1 Vacancy | Start Date: As soon as possible

We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Technician to support our growing team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and report directly to the Financial Controller
Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Record journal entries, including full-service and bulk deposits
Prepare and issue weekly payments for utilities, suppliers, and contractors
Submit tax remittance forms related to subcontracting expenses for Revenue Quebec
Manage and process invoices for accounts payable
Assist with daily sales reconciliation
Prepare employee work hours for payroll processing
Organize invoices and related documentation for audit readiness
Qualifications & Requirements
College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma (3 months to less than 1 year program)
1 to less than 7 months
Proficiency in English or French
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Wage: $33.00
Vacation: 2 weeks annually
