Position Info:

·         Position: Cleaning Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $35.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 608 Madore Avenue, Coquitlam, BC V3K 3A9

Job Duties:

·         Oversee and supervise the activities of light duty, industrial, or specialized cleaners

·         Assist cleaners in daily duties

·         Coordinate tasks with other departments and prepare work schedule

·         Hire and provide training for cleaning staff

·         Ensure that sites or facilities adhere to safety and cleanliness regulations

·         Recommend or suggest supplementary maintenance services

·         Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
