Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Administrative Officer

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.62 ~ $36.00 /hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 1081 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1L4

Job Duties:

·         Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

·         Review, evaluate, and implement new procedures

·         Delegate work to office support staff

·         Fulfill administrative activities such as monitoring mailboxes and responding to all general inquiries

·         Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

·         Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

·         Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining accurate records and databases to support daily operations

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1-2 years of related experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
