Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Office Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30~44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 11511 120 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5G 2Y4

Job Duties:

·         Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

·         Review, evaluate and implement new procedures

·         Delegate work to office support staff

·         Fulfill administrative activities such as monitoring mailboxes and responding to all general inquiries

·         Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

·         Provide initial onsite training

·         Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.

·         Organize and manage office services, including equipment, supplies, forms, and maintenance

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of relevant experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
