Position Info:

·         Position: Travel Agency General Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $64.10-$65.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 7040 Yonge Street, Vaughan, ON L4J 1V7

Job Duties:

·         Develop and set objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs

·         Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments within the company, such as sales, customer service, and operations

·         Allocate material and human resources to implement organizational policies and programs

·         Establish administrative controls to monitor and manage the company’s records, and approve promotions to attract and retain clients

·         Overall personnel planning, including hiring, training, and development

·         Coordinate the work of different regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operation across the company

·         Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of related experience is required

·         Education: A college diploma or other discipline related to the service provided is required

·         Language: English
