Position Info:

• Position: Chef
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $27.00~$35.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals listed on the menu
• Oversee food preparation to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes
• Ensure food meets quality standards
• Order and requisition food, ingredients, and kitchen supplies
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Estimate the quantities and costs of food and supplies
• Train and guide kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation
• Track and maintain records of food costs, usage, sales, and inventory

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3~5 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
