Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $23.00- $25.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 2

·         Work Location: 8811 River Road, Richmond, BC V6X 3P8

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Monitor/Organize inventory and place orders for merchandise as needed

·         Assign sales workers duties and shift schedules

·         Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes and staffing-related issues

·         Address customer complaints and resolve any related issues

·         Supervise the sales staff and cashiers

·         Recruit and train new members of the sales team

 

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 1~2 years of sales experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
