Position Info:
- Position: Motel Manager
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $37.50 – $39.00 /hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:
- Establish, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Coordinate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
- Manage inventory of motel supplies and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
- Hire and manage staff, oversee training and arrange work schedules
- Review and provide feedback on staff work performance
- Handle client inquiries and agreements for using facilities
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience within the accommodation industry
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
