Position Info:

·         Position: Administrative Officer

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $27.00~$33.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: Unit G, 1045 St James Street, Winnipeg, MB R3H 1B1

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay or 10 days vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Manage and carry out day-to-day administrative activities of the business.

·         Set work priorities, ensure company procedures are followed, and monitor that deadlines are met.

·         Coordinate and plan office services such as equipment and supply management, document forms, staff parking, maintenance requests, and security-related services.

·         Perform data entry tasks and monitor data for accuracy and performance evaluation.

·         Compile data and prepare regular reports, special reports, manuals, and internal correspondence.

·         Handle and resolve workplace issues or conflicts in a professional manner.

·         Provide training and guidance to office assistants and junior staff as needed.

·         Assign and delegate tasks to office support staff to maintain workflow efficiency.

·         Coordinate overall administrative procedures within the office.

·         Assist in the preparation of operating, and help manage inventory and budget controls.

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of related experience are required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Language: English
