Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $29.00~$32.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: #18 2755 Lougheed Highway, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 5Y9

Job Duties:

·         Establish service types to be offered and implement operational procedures in place

·         Plan, organize, and evaluate the restaurant’s activities and daily operations

·         Recruit staff and monitor their performance

·         Organize and maintain inventory effectively

·         Create and oversee work schedules to enhance staff productivity

·         Address customer complaints and ensure adherence to health and safety standards

·         Negotiate terms with suppliers for essential supplies

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
