Overview
Hiring two meat cutters (meat packing plant)
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– Completion of a college or other meat cutting training program, or meat cutting related experience is required.
– On-the-job training (Korean style meat cutting) will be provided for meat cutters.
– English is required for this position.
Main duties:
– Cut, trim and otherwise prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry for further cutting, processing or packing
– Remove bones from meat and poultry
– Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use
-Remove skin, excess fat, bruises or other blemishes from carcasses or meat portions.
Working Condition:
– $21.00 per hour, 4% vacation fee of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation, extended health benefit (after three months of employment), and meal provided at work
– 40 hours per week (permanent & full-time position) including evening and weekend shifts
