Position Info:
- Position: Retail Sales Manager
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $40.87-$42.00 /hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 1202 Robson Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 1C1

Job Duties:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the daily operations of the store
- Manage retail sales staff and assign duties
- Analyze market trends and research to determine consumer demand, sales potential, and competitor impact
- Determine the products and services to offer and establish pricing and credit policies
- Source merchandise and negotiate with vendors as needed
- Plan and manage budgets and monitor revenues
- Address staffing requirements, including the hiring and staff training
- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
