Job Summary:
I am seeking a full-time caregiver to assist my father, who is 87 years old, with daily tasks, companionship, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Help with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep).
• Provide companionship and engage in activities.
• Administer medications and monitor health.
• Perform light housekeeping and ensure a clean environment.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.

Work Schedule and Location:

• Monday to Friday:

Morning: 2 hours (7am-9am), mid-day: 2 hours (12pm-2pm), evening: 2 hours (5pm-7pm), total daily hours = 6 hours/day.

• Flexible hours and overtime hours might be required, depending on elderly’s doctor appointment and health needs.
• Work must be completed at the employer’s home.
• Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in caregiving elderly is preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Reliable and physically capable of assisting with mobility needs.

Benefits:

Compensation is $24 per hour, 30 hours per week, for a duration of 2 years, with estimated start date being October 1, 2025 (NOC Job Number44101).
