Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient movement of goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting our mission of providing exceptional service to clients.

Overview
– Languages: English
– Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
– Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
– On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
– Manage and support a team of drivers, dispatchers, and logistics staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
– Monitor shipments using GPS tracking systems and resolve delivery or scheduling issues promptly.
– Oversee the use of EDI systems to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange with clients and partners.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations related to transportation and logistics.
– Coordinate fleet maintenance and ensure eco-friendly equipment is utilized effectively.
– Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
– Prepare and maintain reports on logistics performance, schedules, and operational issues.
– Collaborate with management to forecast needs, allocate resources, and achieve company goals.
– Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring high-quality service and resolving concerns promptly.
