Specific Skills

· Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of authentic and fusion dishes to meet Adda’s menu standards and customer expectations

· Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation for all restaurant dishes served daily

· Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and timely service

· Manage and train kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and mentoring team members

· Monitor and maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment; place orders to ensure smooth operations

· Control food and labor costs by managing portion sizes, minimizing wastage, and following budget guidelines

· Work on creating and testing new dishes to enhance the menu and keep offerings fresh and innovative

· Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene practices in compliance with local regulations

· Operate and supervise the use of specialized cooking equipment

· Collaborate with management to design and update seasonal menus and promotions for restaurant growth

· Support wedding and special events catering by planning customized menus, coordinating large-volume preparation, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during functions
