Overview
Apex Custom Fabrication Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting/Finance professional to manage various financial and administrative responsibilities.

Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate/diploma (1–2 years)
Experience: 3–5 years

Responsibilities
Schedule events, programs, and activities
Schedule and coordinate work
Train staff in duties and company policies
Prepare and submit reports, including statistical, financial, and accounting reports
Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
Prepare trial balance of books, reconcile accounts, and post journal entries
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Keep accurate financial records and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
