Key Responsibilities

–         Lead a full shift of servers ensuring smooth, efficient service and maintaining restaurant standards

–         Step in as needed to support staff and maintain service quality.

–         Ensure dining room and guest areas meet the cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene and overall guest-experience standards.

–         Assist with administrative tasks, including front of the house record keeping, servers  scheduling, shift coordination and reporting.

–         Mentor, train, and support restaurant team members by providing feedback, support and encouraging continuous improvement

–         Interact with guests as needed and handle their concerns or feedback in a professional manner

Qualifications & Attributes

–         Previous experience in restaurant hospitality

–         Experience to manage administrative duties and staff scheduling.

–         Some supervisory or leadership experience; proven ability to lead a team, train staff, and maintain high standards.

–         Strong work ethic — willingness to work hands-on, flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

–         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; positive, guest-focused, professional attitude.

–         Keen eye for detail, cleanliness and presentation.

–         Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.

–         Strong sense of responsibility, dependability, and team spirit.
