Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Tattoo Studio Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.51/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 902 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC V5L 3W7

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Plan and organize daily studio operations to maintain workflow for artists and clients

·         Manage the studio budget and maintain inventory control for all tattooing supplies

·         Oversee the regular upkeep and sterilization of all technical equipment and instruments

·         Consult with clients to determine aesthetic preferences, safety requirements, and project scope

·         Establish clear studio policies and standard operating procedures

·         Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff and apprentices

·         Enforce provincial health and safety regulations to maintain a sterile environment

·         Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
