Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to support day to day office operations in Kelowna, BC. This is a permanent, full time, on site position (30 to 40 hours per week) starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will handle scheduling, communications, and document preparation, and will help keep office supplies and workflow organized.

Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Answer electronic enquiries
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
