Position Info:

·         Position: Marketing Project Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1631 Dickson Ave Landmark, Suite 1100, Kelowna, BC V1Y 0B5

Job Duties:

·         Execute and evaluate integrated communication strategies to ensure brand consistency

·         Direct the production of all written materials and the development of a comprehensive marketing portfolio

·         Optimize digital ecosystems by managing e-commerce platforms and website promotions

·         Promote corporate events and community initiatives to achieve information or engagement goals

·         Architect comprehensive business plans and development projects that align with long-term marketing and growth strategies

·         Synthesize quantitative and qualitative market research to identify consumer trends and drive data-informed decision-making

·         Lead the recruitment, hiring, and professional development of staff

·         Facilitate post-sale client support and prepare strategic funding applications

Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, communications, or related discipline is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of related experience is required
