Overview
We are currently seeking to fill two positions for NOC 60030 – Restaurant and Food Service Managers. The two managers will share the work schedule by splitting shifts: the first employee will work from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and the second employee will work from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. On Saturdays, there will be two shorter shifts: the first employee will work from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and the second employee will work from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. As members of our fast-food restaurant team located at 1 JOHN F. KENNEDY, SAINT-JÉRÔME , the selected candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
· manage the service in the restaurant or establishment during their shift,
· determine operating procedures,
· be involved in the hiring of staff and ensure their training, Privacy
· monitor work schedules, staff performance, stocks, and receipts,
· evaluate methods and prices,
· follow up on customer complaints and claims.
· negotiate with suppliers and customers,
· ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work Conditions:
This is a full-time position requiring 30 hours of work per week with an hourly wage of $34.62.
The working hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: from 7:00 a.m. to 01:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday: from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and the second from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Please note that days off are typically Saturday and Sunday, although this may vary based on business needs. Therefore, flexibility is essential for this position.
Requirements:
Proficiency in French or English.
Completed high school diploma usually required.
· Minimum one year of experience in fast food or two years of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory experience
