Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $20.00-$22.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 4470 Main Street, Vancouver, BC V5V 3R3

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes in accordance with the restaurant menu

·         Accommodate customer dietary needs and special requests when required

·         Supervise and coordinate kitchen helpers and support staff

·         Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and efficiency

·         Maintain inventory and keep records of food, ingredients, and supplies

·         Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
