Position Info:

·         Position: Administrative Officer

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency and support the company’s health food and supplement business operations

·         Coordinate and assign administrative tasks to office support staff to ensure daily office activities are completed accurately and efficiently

·         Establish work priorities and monitor administrative processes to ensure internal procedures are followed and deadlines are met

·         Manage a range of administrative functions supporting business operations including documentation, office coordination, and operational support

·         Compile operational data and prepare regular and special reports, internal documentation, and business correspondence for management review

·         Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to maintain organized workflow and support company operations

·         Assist management in preparing operational budgets and maintaining inventory records and administrative budget controls

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3-5 years of office administration experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
