Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $21.00 – $22.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 101 – 4501 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 4V8

Job Duties:

·         Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the tea preparation staff

·         Establish and manage employee work schedules to ensure full coverage

·         Forecast and order necessary tea leaves, ingredients, and shop supplies

·         Ensure all beverages and guest services consistently meet high quality standards

·         Maintain accurate logs of inventory levels, sales data, and product waste

·         Train new team members on specialized tea brewing techniques and safety protocols

·         Address and resolve customer concerns or feedback professionally

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in food preparation or serivce are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
