Position Info:

·         Position: Sales Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $26.00– $27.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 1-8118 North Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC V5J 0E5

Job Duties:

·         Regulate stock levels through strategic purchasing and product returns

·         Designate daily assignments and floor duties to sales staff to optimize productivity

·         Recruit and onboard new employees

·         Oversee ongoing professional development

·         Formulate weekly staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods

·         Generate comprehensive reports tracking revenue trends, inventory, and team performance

·         Address operational hurdles, including supply chain gaps and client concerns

·         Administer payroll processing and formal performance reviews

Job Requirements:

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience is required

·         Language: English
