Position Info:

·         Position: Retail Sales Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $44.72/hour

·         Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 8811 River Road, Richmond, BC V6X 3P8

 

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Plan and organize the daily activities of the retail store

·         Create and manage employee work schedules to ensure proper floor coverage

·         Recruit and provide training for new staff member

·         Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for all products

·         Balance daily cash drawers and track overall store revenue

·         Resolve guest inquiries and address customer complaints professionally

·         Evaluate market trends and competitor performance to forecast consumer needs

·         Define product selections and set pricing and payment policies

·         Identify and manage vendor relationships to procure store merchandise

·         Develop and launch marketing campaigns to boost store sales

 

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 3~5 years of sales experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
