Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 6501 Victoria Drive, Vancouver, BC V5P 1T3

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Oversee daily shifts to ensure food quality and service meet standards

·         Analyze budgets to cut waste and protect the restaurant’s profit margins

·         Build weekly schedules that balance labor costs with expected guest volume

·         Manage inventory and negotiate contracts with suppliers to maintain stock levels

·         Train and supervise employees on menu knowledge, safety, and service techniques

·         Recruit and hire staff members who fit the team culture and service needs

·         Uphold health codes and safety regulations to ensure a clean dining environment

·         Address guest complaints to resolve conflicts and encourage repeat business

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
