Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Develop and manage employee work schedules and daily operational flows.

·         Hire, onboard, and lead the restaurant team to uphold high service standards.

·         Ensure full compliance with health, safety standards, and liquor regulations.

·         Organize and direct special events and private functions as required.

·         Monitor staff performance and conduct evaluations to ensure a professional excellence.

·         Manage guest relations, resolving concerns or feedback promptly to ensure a premium experience.

·         Negotiate with suppliers to procure high-quality seafood, beverages, and essential restaurant supplies.

·         Oversee inventory levels to meet daily needs while maintaining ingredient freshness.

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
