Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Manage daily operations to ensure high-quality service and efficiency throughout the restaurant.

·         Develop service standards and operational workflows for the dining area.

·         Hire and train staff to maintain consistent food quality and a professional work environment.

·         Organize weekly work schedules and monitor team performance to ensure smooth shifts.

·         Track inventory levels and sales data to manage costs and optimize menu pricing.

·         Resolve guest concerns immediately while enforcing strict health, safety, and sanitation rules.

·         Negotiate with suppliers for fresh ingredients and manage bookings.

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
