Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $20.00-$21.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 3-685 Tranquille Road, Kamloops, BC V2B 3H7

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Prepare meals and individual food items for daily service

·         Organize daily prep work and estimate necessary ingredient quantities

·         Cook specialized orders to meet specific guest dietary requirements

·         Guide coworkers on standard food preparation and safety procedures

·         Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering kitchen supplies

·         Maintain clean workstations and accurate records of food inventory

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
