Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

Job Duties:

·         Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service and consistent guest experiences.

·         Implement efficient operational procedures and service standards tailored to the dining environment.

·         Recruit and train staff on safety protocols, service excellence, and menu knowledge.

·         Manage staff schedules and performance to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.

·         Track inventory levels, sales revenue, and pricing to maximize profitability and minimize waste.

·         Enforce health and safety regulations while resolving customer feedback professionally.

·         Manage supplier relationships and negotiate purchasing terms for all food and supplies.

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
