Job Duties:

·         Oversee overall restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and consistent food quality in both dine-in and takeout settings

·         Assess daily operational performance and implement improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction

·         Monitor staff performance on a regular basis and provide guidance to maintain high service and food preparation standards

·         Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified staff to support stable and continuous restaurant operations

·         Supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth coordination and compliance with company standards

·         Establish and implement service procedures and operational policies tailored to the restaurant’s concept and customer expectations

·         Manage inventory levels of food, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring cost control and minimizing waste

·         Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience and strong customer retention

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
