Position Info:

·         Position: Front Desk Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $25.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 6273 Station St, Oliver, BC V0H 1T0

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Coordinate front desk operations with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient guest service delivery

·         Develop and implement staff schedules and standard operating procedures to maintain consistent front desk coverage and service quality

·         Address operational issues promptly, provide guidance to staff, and implement improvements to enhance service efficiency and guest satisfaction

·         Recruit, onboard, and train front desk staff on job responsibilities, customer service standards, and workplace policies

·         Assign daily tasks to team members, monitor performance, and review work to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards

·         Provide support and personalized assistance to guests, including those with special requests or specific needs, to ensure a positive experience

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the occupation supervised is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
