Position Info:

·         Position: Chef

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $23.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook a variety of Korean dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards

·         Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service

·         Maintain accurate records of food inventory, usage, and kitchen supplies to support cost control

·         Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality expectations before being served to customers

·         Order and restock food ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations

·         Train and guide kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safe food handling practices

Job requirements:

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

·         Language: English
