Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $18.00-20.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards

·         Control portion sizes and assist in managing food costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations

·         Monitor inventory levels and request necessary food ingredients and kitchen supplies as required

·         Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas in compliance with health and safety standards

·         Maintain accurate records of inventory, including food items, supplies, and kitchen equipment

·         Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Language: English
