Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations of the tea store to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and analyze budgets to control operational costs, including ingredients, supplies, equipment, and labor.
  • Monitor revenues, expenses, and sales to ensure financial targets and labor cost objectives are met.
  • Oversee and coordinate staff across all areas of store operations to ensure consistent service and efficiency.
  • Determine types of services, product offerings, and operational procedures, ensuring alignment with ChaHalo’s brand and Eastern tea culture experience.
  • Modify tea preparation methods, pricing strategies, and menu offerings according to budget, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff, providing leadership to maintain high service and quality standards.
  • Set staff work schedules, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for tea ingredients, packaging, equipment, and other operational supplies.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including cost control, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
  • Review operational reports, including sales, inventory, and labor productivity, and implement improvements.
  • Participate in marketing planning and implementation to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
  • Address customer complaints and operational issues to maintain high-quality service.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering services, store events, or other promotional activities.
  • Oversee and manage store events or special promotions to enhance customer engagement.
  • Lead the overall customer experience, ensuring service and ambiance reflect the poetic and leisurely atmosphere of Eastern tea culture.
