We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our growing team at Popular Nails By Bella. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, sculpted hard gel, and custom nail art. You will work in a fast-paced, supportive environment and have the opportunity to build strong relationships with a diverse and loyal clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manicures, pedicures, and hard gel applications with a high level of precision and professionalism
- Design and execute customized nail art tailored to each client’s preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products
- Build and retain a strong client base through consistent service quality and personalized care
Employment Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a professional salon or spa setting is preferred, but not required
- Skills: Demonstrated experience in nail art and design, with a portfolio showcasing your work
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in a full range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and hard gel applications
