Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $19.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 260 4 Ave, Kamloops, BC V2C 3N5

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including noodle dishes and cutlets, in accordance with established recipes and quality standards

·         Determine appropriate portion sizes and assist in controlling food costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations

·         Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and assist in ordering food ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed

·         Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas in compliance with health and safety regulations

·         Inspect ingredients and prepared food items to maintain consistency, freshness, and quality of all dishes served

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
