Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and peak efficiency.

·         Implement operational procedures and service standards tailored to the sushi dining environment.

·         Recruit and train team members to maintain consistent food quality and professional hospitality.

·         Organize weekly work schedules and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth service shifts.

·         Track inventory levels and sales revenue to manage costs and optimize menu profitability.

·         Address guest feedback and resolve complaints while enforcing strict health and safety codes.

·         Negotiate with suppliers to procure high-quality seafood and essential restaurant inventory.

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
