Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, standing for extended periods, Bending, Crouching, kneeling, Walking, Attention to detail.

 

Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation; Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Establish work schedules.

 

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 People 11-15 people.

 

Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop, fast food outlet or concession, Restaurant

 

Language: English

 

Education: No Degree, certificate or diploma

 

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years
