Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and consistent quality standards

·         Monitor financial performance, including revenues and labour costs, to support profitability and cost control

·         Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all operating hours

·         Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and service excellence

·         Evaluate employee performance and conduct regular performance reviews to support staff development

·         Ensure compliance with health, safety, and applicable regulatory requirements in all areas of operation

·         Manage inventory levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverages, and supplies to maintain operational efficiency

·         Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service sector is required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Language: English
